UOITnet - G Suite for Education

STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF

Through a partnership with Google, the University of Ontario Institute of Technology undergraduates, graduates, alumni, faculty and staff have access to UOITnet accounts powered by G Suite for Education Edition.  This is a rich suite of communication and collaboration tools designed to enhance our ability to work together.  G Suite for Education is available to users via any internet-connected computer or mobile device.  UOITnet G Suite for Education services include:

Login instructions

  • Students

    In order to log into your UOITnet account, please follow the instructions below if you:

    • Are accessing the network for the first time (using a browser on your personal device) - You will be required to change the default password and then login.
    • Have already changed your default network password (using the Windows Login screen on their UOIT assigned learning tool) - follow the Login Procedures.
  • Faculty and Staff

    If you do not have an account and would like to request one:

    Instructions on the process can be found at UOITnet Account Request Process.

    Please follow the Login Procedure instructions if you are logging in for the first time.

    If you already have an account please follow the steps below.

    1. Go to: http://mail.uoit.net
    2. You will be prompted by UOIT’s Central Authentication Service (CAS) to log in with your 100xxxxx and network password.
    3. You will be logged into your UOITnet account where you can select the application you wish to use.
